Beach 'N Beyond Home Inspections was formed as a way to help individuals make a more informed decision when buying a home.

Our background includes hands on experience in the home building trades and real estate sales market.

Our Inspector gained his certification in Home Inspections with the Professional Career Development Institute. He is Florida State licensed with the Department of Business & Professional Regulations (DBPR). He is also a Registered Professional Inspector with the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), an affiliate member with the Space Coast Association of Realtors (SCAR) and a recognised Inspector with PB Disaster Services.

We attend continuing education seminars frequently throughout the year to keep up to date with the latest guidelines and regulations. All of our inspections follow the guidelines outlined in the FABI Standards of Practice.
